Mr. Haresh Ballaney, founder and Chairman of Sai Engineering Worlds Limited, was born on August 24, 1955 with his childhood seeds rooted in the responsible and humble upbringing of a dedicated and enterprising father who left no stone unturned in single handedly sheltering his family from the struggles of the post partition storms in India.
Already having had the virtues of hardwork and entrepreneurship deeply rooted in his psyche, his personal pioneering demeanour coupled with a deep interest in the steel industry, drove him to open his first steel forging plant in the year 1987.
Even after tasting his first entrepreneurial success, Mr. Ballaney wasn´t the one to let complacency cloud his grand vision for the future of steel in India.
Identifying the growing prominence of India in the global steel industry, he decided to direct his efforts to seal the market demand and supply gap for highly specialised and meticulously customised steel parts required for varied industrial applications. He gathered the best technical know-how from around the world and commenced the operations of Sai Engineering Works Limited in the year 1987.
Having been known equally for his business excellence and social benevolence, Mr. Ballaney pioneered the establishment and sustainable growth of a number of institutions dedicated to addressing a variety of social issues. He strongly believed in the concepts of giving back to society and striving for collective growth.
Mr. Ballaney´s inspiring life journey, determination, visionary spirit and impossible-is-a-myth attitude, continues to drive the principles of growth and success at Sai Engineering Works Limited even today.
An avid traveller and a keen observer by nature, Mr. Rahul Ballaney is the driving force behind the expansion plans of the current set-up. As a young boy, he would assist his father in managing the operations of the forging plant, understanding every process required to reach the final product successfully. This exposure gave him, fortunately, the aptitude of grasping the know-how of the business with ease. Post completion of his M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering he took over the complete nature of business of Sai Engineering Works confidently enough to pursue his ambition of taking the company to the next level.
A great support system during the development of the organization, Mrs. Roshni Rajani, is currently associated with Sai Engineering Works as a Head Business Development. With a Masters in International Business and Foreign Trade and having pursued a short term mechanical engineering course from Spain, Mrs. Rajani joined Sai Engineering Works Ltd in 2012 actively participated in the day to day function her department. Right from manufacturing to marketing, she has been the driving force behind the successful launch of the Profile product range internationally. Her multilingual capabilities, from Spanish, French, German, Hindi and English allows her to bridge the gap to suffice the International market.
