There are four sources for employee training – in-house training, outside vendors, community college, and graduate school. Because we have very specialized equipment, we often turn to the equipment vendors to train our people. Some training occurs in-house after a shift.. And we currently have several people in specialized courses to upgrade their skills as per the latest machines. We pay for our employees’ additional education and training. Investing in training is absolutely worth it. People like learning new things and they like the feeling of being an expert.
